Club Penguin Elite Penguin Force Message - Jet Pack Guy

Recently Jet Pack Guy, who is a high ranking member of the Elite Penguin Force, has released a new message that appears on all Elite Penguin Force Agent's Spy Phones.

The new message that Jet Pack Guy released is a congratulatory message for us Elite Penguin Force Agents as we have been helping the Super Heroes and the Police Force.

I must agree with Jet Pack Guy on this one, those Super Villains will never stand a chance against the Police Force, Super Heroes AND the Elite Penguin Force.
